In the Mountain area of Nepal, traditional Water Mill which is known as Pani Ghatta, in local language are very useful to grind grains and are very popular across Himalayas.It is only reliable machine to grind grain for people living across the regions.
A traditional Pani Ghatta: The wooden ‘turbines’ are fashioned by local carpenters, which drive the grinding stone are used to grind corn, wheat, and other grains for the local agricultural community in the mountain and himalayan areas.
